The  smart optical network system, based on artificial intelligence and digital twin technology, improves the quality of the entire life cycle of the optical network's "planning, construction, maintenance and optimization" through four major solution modules: "Planner, Twin, Monitor, and Optimize". At the end of the network, 3C-LINK proposes business perception solutions based on low-cost sensing technology for dumb resource management, optical fiber scattering + feature algorithm optical fiber sensing, and iOAM and quality difference analysis, which solves the problem of dumb resource management difficulties, lag in channel perception, and poor service quality.
