3c-Link provides Basic Life /AD&D insurance, at no cost to employees, up to one time an employee's annual base salary. 3c-Link offers reimbursement for tuition, fees, and books (up to an annual maximum) to eligible employees who complete educational studies at accredited schools and colleges approved under the program's guidelines.

3c-Link offers a competitive PTO benefit. Newly hired employees may accrue up 16 days per year of PTO.
